  • 890 Squadron under command of Lt. Cdr. D. Monsell. RN.

  • Returned to Plymouth late November/December via Suez Canal and Gibraltar.
  • Accident Summary for 4th Commission. Three Sea Vixens Lost. All aircrew safe.
